Old WindowBlinds theme that was nearly complete until a new version of WB came out and added loads more elements to be skinned. Never finished.

    Well, hehe... you spotted one of the design flaws. If I remember correctly a symbol would appear when you hoverd over the button. But that's still not good as it requires to discover an memorize the layout.
